Return policy
Here at Dolly Up we endeavour to provide good quality products and service every time.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and believe this is the back bone to our spectacular growth over the last 8 years.
We try to stock only products that we have faith in and are covered by extensive manufacturer warranty.
Should you not be a satisfied customer we wish to know immediately so we can put things right.
As a customer of Dolly Up you can be assured that we will happily refund or exchange goods that you are not happy with.
Returned goods must be in shop condition to gain a refund and posted back to us trackable or registered and within 7 days of receipt. After the return of your goods, if you have not made contact with us following the return of the goods within this time frame, we can not offer a refund but are happy to either give you a credit or exchange.
Exchanging sizes, colours etc is not a problem provided the product is in shop condition and another option is available. Should a replacement not be available we will happily refund your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, Please contact us first and we will forward you a return form.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
Should a product fail we would do everything possible to see that the manufacturer fixes or replaces the product to your satisfaction.
As Dolly Up is a New Zealand retailer you have the added benefit that we must comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act administered by the Ministry of Consumer affairs. You can view more information on your rights as a consumer here.
